Juice cleansing is the process of drinking fresh-made fruit and vegetable juices for a period of one to several days while fasting. On Juice by Melissa’s Juice Cleanse you forego eating solid foods for 1-7 days and only drink 6 organic, cold pressed juices a day.
How often should I cleanse?

On the first morning of your cleanse, drink a glass of warm water with lemon and/or a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to alkalize your body. Approximately 30 minutes later begin your cleanse with juice number 1. Juices will be labeled 1-6 to guide you through the day. Drink each juice approximately 2 hours apart, and to ensure proper digestion make sure to drink your last juice of the day 2 hours before you go to bed.
